Our mental health is as important as our physical well being.  Clinical psychologists focus on diagnosing and treating any mental, emotional or behavioral issues we may have.  Maintaining a healthy mind certainly will help us maintain a healthy body. 

Today, our guest is Mark Sharp, a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Houston. He has been providing therapies and counseling to couples, families and individuals for over twenty years.

Mark’s work include providing various psychological services from a community mental health center to the academe where he provides counseling, psychotherapy, and different functions within the realm of psychology.
