Judy Chapman, of Long Valley, NJ, is the Founder and editor of Garden State Woman, a company she started in 1998 whose mission is to provide information and resources for New Jersey women. Ms Chapman graduated as an English major in Rutgers University, Newark. She has worked as Director of Public Relations at several area hospitals and is actively volunteering in that capacity for a number of charities. Her extensive public relations experience range from non-profit to corporate organizations. She is married and has one adult son.
