Felicia Caldwell Gopaul CFP®, CCPS, owner of College Funding Resource (CFR) has over 20 years of accounting and investment experience including over 10 years specializing in college planning and funding.

Felicia recognized that middle to high income, high home equity families in New Jersey often will not qualify for “need-based” financial aid. But will likely have to earn almost double the actual cost of college to pay the expense. Ms. Gopaul was a guest speaker at Joseph Hurley’s Savingforcollege.com 529 Boot Camp for Advisors, was published in Garden State Woman Magazine and had her recent appointment to a not-for-profit noted in The Bottom Line. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, as well as, the Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) designation. There are only 22 people with CCPS designation in New Jersey and less than 500 in the United States. Felicia currently serves on the board of New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) - Bergen County as Vice President of Corporate Relations.   In addition, Ms. Gopaul is an active member of the Newark Chapter of the Circles of Color, LLC.
