There’s no better way of improving our intellect than reading books. They serve as teaching tools to preserve generations of human experience and knowledge as well as brought us quiet entertainment. Librarians are trained not only to systematically organize books for easy access but to provide technical and literacy training to the general public.

Today’s guest for the Top Career 100 Podcast is Alexia Hudson-Ward is a tenured Associate Librarian at Penn State Abington College. She has been the recipient of many professional honors and has worked with many different organizations in her career. Part of her current responsibilities include working in reference, instruction, and emerging technology implementation.
